NDIS & Capacity-Building Supports
Disability-related psychological and practical supports focused on everyday functional capacity.
At All Mind Empowerment, we support eligible NDIS participants to develop, maintain, and strengthen practical capacity in everyday life. Our supports are neuro-affirming, person-centred, and focused on meaningful functional outcomes that align with your individual goals.
Whether you are working towards greater independence, emotional regulation, executive functioning, communication, or community participation, our team collaborates closely with participants, nominees, support coordinators, and plan managers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers regarding NDIS supports at All Mind Empowerment:
Which NDIS budget categories can be used?
Supports are typically funded under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living (Category 15). Depending on your plan and support goals, Therapy Assistant supports may also be accessed under Core or Capacity Building categories where agreed in your Service Agreement.
What is the difference between Psychology and Therapy Assistant support?
Psychological therapy is provided by registered psychologists and focuses on assessment, formulation, and clinical interventions. Therapy Assistant supports work under clinical guidance to help individuals practise and apply these strategies in everyday home, work, and community settings.
Do I need a GP referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan?
No GP referral is required to access services using your NDIS funding. However, having existing diagnostic reports or functional assessments helps our clinicians tailor support from your first session.
Can NDIS funding be used for Soaring Spectrum Retreats?
Retreat attendance depends on your individual plan goals, available funding, and plan management arrangements. We provide itemised quotes and breakdown schedules so participants and plan managers can determine alignment with their NDIS plan.
Important NDIS Funding Disclaimer
NDIS funding and individual plans vary. The inclusion of a service on this website does not guarantee that it will be funded by the NDIS. Participants, nominees and plan managers should confirm that a proposed support is consistent with the participant's plan, funding arrangements and current NDIS requirements.
