2026 Teen Soaring Spectrum Retreat (12-16yrs)

The Teen Soaring Spectrum Retreat is a three-day, immersive therapeutic program designed specifically for neurodivergent adolescents aged 12–16 years. Facilitated by a Clinical Psychologist and experienced support staff, the retreat provides a safe, supportive and neuro-affirming environment where young people can build confidence, develop practical life skills and connect with peers who share similar experiences.
Throughout the weekend, participants will take part in evidence-informed workshops and engaging activities focused on:
Emotional regulation and understanding the nervous system
Executive functioning and everyday life skills
Building self-confidence and positive neurodivergent identity
Developing meaningful friendships and social connection
Managing anxiety, overwhelm and burnout
Communication, self-advocacy and healthy boundaries
Creative and experiential therapeutic activities
Supported group experiences, games and outdoor activities
Opportunities for sensory regulation, rest and quiet reflection in a low-pressure environment
This retreat recognises that every young person has different strengths, interests and support needs. Activities are designed to be flexible, strengths-based and respectful of individual differences, with no expectation to participate beyond each participant's comfort level.
This retreat aims to help adolescents leave with a greater understanding of themselves, increased confidence, practical strategies they can use in everyday life, and the reassurance that they are not alone in their experiences.
Places are strictly limited to ensure a high level of individual support and a positive group experience. Registrations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis once suitability has been determined through the pre-retreat intake process. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place following confirmation.

The Adult Soaring Spectrum Retreat is a three-day, immersive therapeutic program designed specifically for neurodivergent adults aged 26 years and over. Facilitated by a Clinical Psychologist and experienced support staff, the retreat offers a safe, supportive and neuro-affirming environment where participants can step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with themselves, build meaningful connections with like-minded peers, and develop practical strategies to support long-term wellbeing.
Many neurodivergent adults spend years navigating masking, burnout, chronic stress, self-doubt and feeling misunderstood. This retreat provides an opportunity to slow down, explore these experiences with compassion, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself in the company of others who genuinely "get it."

Our retreat embraces the diversity of neurodivergent experiences. Activities are designed to be flexible, strengths-based and respectful of individual support needs. There is no expectation to participate in every activity, and participants are encouraged to engage at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for them.
The goal of the retreat is for participants to leave feeling more connected to themselves and others, with increased self-understanding, practical strategies for daily life, greater confidence in advocating for their needs, and renewed hope for living authentically as a neurodivergent adult.

The Young Adult Soaring Spectrum Retreat is a three-day, immersive therapeutic program designed specifically for neurodivergent young adults aged 17–25 years. Facilitated by a Clinical Psychologist and experienced support staff, the retreat provides a safe, supportive and neuro-affirming environment where participants can build confidence, develop practical life skills, form meaningful connections, and explore the transition into adulthood alongside others with shared lived experiences.
The transition from adolescence to adulthood can bring unique challenges, including navigating education, employment, relationships, independence, identity, executive functioning demands and increasing expectations. This retreat is designed to support young adults in developing the knowledge, skills and confidence to navigate these challenges while fostering self-acceptance and a strong sense of belonging.
