2026 Young Adult Soaring Spectrum Retreat (17-25yrs)

This immersive three-day retreat is designed for neurodivergent young adults seeking connection, rest, skill-building, and support within a calm, neuro-affirming environment. Throughout the retreat, participants will engage in structured psychoeducational workshops, interactive and capacity-building activities, emotional regulation and executive functioning strategies, creative art experiences, supported social activities, group-based experiences, and opportunities for rest, reflection, and self-discovery.

Please note: Places are limited and will be offered on a first-in, first-served basis. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at the retreat once suitability is established.
