This immersive retreat is designed for neurodivergent adults seeking connection and skill-building in a supportive calm, neuro-affirming environment. Across the retreat, participants will engage in structured psychoeducation and interactive activities, capacity building activities, regulation and executive functioning strategies, supported group activities, and opportunities for reflection.

Please note: Places are limited and will be offered on a first-in, first-served basis. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at the retreat.
